Our Work

Bennett- Donaldson Consulting was established in 2017 with a simple goal: to provide schools, non-profits, and businesses with targeted strategic researched based support that is trans-formative to the organization and to the individuals it serves. Throughout the 2021-2022 school year and beyond we have two main focuses. We will focus on teacher retention and recruitment. In addition to that will focus on helping organizations with diversity, equity, and inclusion.
